1. What is Voixa Virtual Call Center?

2. Who can work with Voixa?
Voixa Virtual Call Center is currently open to US citizens only. We welcome individuals looking for flexible, remote work opportunities, including stay-at-home parents, military spouses, students, side-hustlers, and those seeking supplemental income. Contractors must meet the technical requirements and complete a certification program.
Note: We are unable to accept contractors from California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin at this time.3. How do I apply to become a contractor?

4. What are the technical requirements to work with Voixa?
At a minimum, contractors must have:
- A Windows PC (Macs are not supported for most clients).
- A hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
- A USB headset.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure quality service delivery.
- Additional client-specific requirements may apply and will be shared during onboarding.

5. Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is required. The certification programs will provide the necessary training to prepare you for client-specific tasks.
6. How does compensation work?
Compensation is determined by the client you service and is paid bi-weekly. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, as all positions are 1099 contractor roles.
7. What is the certification process?
Certification programs are 2–6 weeks long and cover client-specific tasks, tools, and expectations. Successful completion is required before you can begin servicing clients. Contractors must service a minimum of 15 hours per week to remain active with Voixa.
8. Can I work from anywhere?
Yes! As long as you meet the technical requirements, live in a supported state, and have a reliable internet connection, you can work from the comfort of your home.
9. What kind of support does Voixa provide?
We connect you to comprehensive certification programs and detailed onboarding instructions to help you succeed. However, contractors are responsible for their own equipment and technical support.
10. Are there any minimum work requirements?
Yes, contractors must service a minimum of 15 hours per week to remain active with Voixa.
11. Can I work for multiple call centers at the same time?
No, contractors cannot work for multiple virtual call centers on the Arise platform simultaneously.
